PORPHYRY

It is an igneous or intrusive rock which has single phenocrysts visible to the naked eye. Porphyry is characterized by very high resistance to abrasion, frost, acids and penetration of dirt. Due to the abovementioned characteristics, porphyry stone is ideal for lining walkways, driveways, paths, decks, façades and other interior and exterior building surfaces. It comes in the shades of black, gray and red. The stone color does not fade with time and usage.
